Kochi: V- Guard Industries Ltd., India’s leading electrical and electronics manufacturer, has unveiled a new range of On-Grid solar power inverters named Solsmart. V-Guard’s expertise in power electronics has been combined with state-of-the-art technology and robust safety and monitoring features to launch the Solsmart On-Grid Inverter that is compatible with both rooftop solar and traditional solar panels. The product has a maximum efficiency of 98.4 percent which helps with the reduction of electricity bills due to better energy generation.
The Solsmart On-Grid PV Inverter comes with advanced safety features that include an integrated DC switch and provides added safety benefits during installation and operations. This On-Grid solar power inverter comes with a 10-year warranty.
The new On-Grid solar inverter can operate at an ambient operating temperature range of -25 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. The product helps with better energy generation and conservation due to its high solar yield. The electricity generated in the solar panels is efficiently converted into the required current for the utility grid and then transmitted to the grid and household / commercial line as required. The mono perc panels ensure highly efficient energy production bundled with a long-lasting panel life. This is further supported by 25 years of onsite warranty on the panels.
The wide MPPT range instilled in the inverter gives an input range of 80-500 V DC. The inverter is available in both single and three-phase models.
This feature-rich product has a free Wi-Fi data logger to monitor energy production in real-time and store one month’s data. In addition, the live voltage can be monitored in real-time with the help of a mobile application, making the operations seamless for customers. The OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diodes) and touch control inverter panel help set up the system effortlessly. Also, V-Guard offers lifetime web and app monitoring for the on-grid inverters and provides customer service if required.
